The Brief
We believe that creativity can put a smile on everyones faces which is why we are curating an exhibition that celebrates both humour and creativity whilst making positive impact, collaborating with the Open Door Centre, a charity that promotes a healthy mind through creativity.
We invite local, national or international artists, designers and photographers to flex your creative muscle and produce a piece of artwork that tickles the mind and leaves us laughin’.
Chosen artworks will be exhibited in the Baltic Triangle, date TBA. Your artwork will be published in an exhibition brochure and book and the proceedings made will help fund activities to promote mental health. Artwork will also be promoted on our Instagram and shortlisted artwork will be shown at a gallery preview.

A Worthy Cause
We’re collaborating with the brilliant Open Door Centre, a charity that offers creative therapeutic support to promote a healthy mind.
Through the Laughin’ exhibition, we aim to grow awareness around the subject of mental health, as well as raise money through the exhibition and an auction – artwork will be sold with all proceeds going to the charity, and publications will be available to purchase.
